You can optimize resource usage by the way you designate port types and

Designating Port Types
The connection between MeetingPlace and the telephone network is called a
port. The ports that connect MeetingPlace to the telephone network are
classified as access ports. Access ports are the total number of possible

How Ports are Distributed
A subset of your access ports are preconfigured as conference ports. There is
