Note: If the Cisco AM gateways (transcoders) reach their capacity, any calls that would normally 
route via the Cisco AM GW will not fail but will be routed directly. Any calls that are routed directly will 
not be able to support the higher resolutions in MOC/Lync client. 

Create a neighbor zone called, for example, “To AM Gateway”. 

1.  Go to the

3.  Configure the fields as follows:

Configure this setting according to your authentication policy 

Address of first Cisco AM GW 

Addresses of any additional Cisco AM GWs  

Cisco Advanced Media Gateway 

 

4.  Click Create Zone.
