Optional configuration steps 

The following configuration enables the Cisco VCS systems to be integrated to a Cisco TelePresence 
Management Server (Cisco TMS). 

Further configuration steps are required on the Cisco TMS platform to fully integrate the Cisco VCS 
with the Cisco TMS server – see the Cisco TMS Administrator Guide (document number D13741). 

 

Enabling SNMP speeds up the Cisco VCS - Cisco TMS integration process but is not essential. 

 

Cisco VCS Expressway integration with Cisco TMS requires additional firewall / NAT 
configuration – See Appendix 3 – NAT & firewall configuration.  

To enable and configure SNMP: 

1.  Go to the SNMP page (System configuration > SNMP). 

2. Configure 

the 

SNMP fields as follows:

Check that it is Public

 

Enter IT administrator

 

Enter example.com head office
