Setting up a new cluster of VCS peers

This process initiates a cluster of a single VCS. Do not use this process if the cluster already exists.
To complete the cluster containing multiple VCSs, when this section is complete, follow the instructions in
to add the non-master peers to the cluster.

Cisco TMS, if used, is running version 13.2 or later (12.6 or later is permitted if you are not using Cisco

Set up the master peer of the cluster
This process sets up the first (Master) peer of this new cluster – additional peers are added afterwards using

1. Check that the VCS is running X8.5 software.
