If your site permits it, during a support session, you can transfer files to or from a
customer's computer. For example, you can deliver patches or updates to a customer's
computer, or upload log files from the customer's computer to your computer for
later analysis.

Use basic file transfer
During a support session, you can publish files that reside on your computer in a

Do one of the following:
On the CSR dashboard, click the Tools tab, and then click Transfer File.
In the Choose File Transfer Option dialog box that appears, select Basic File
Transfer.
