Create a neighbor zone for CUCM
1. Go to VCS Configuration > Zones.
2. Click New.
3. Configure the fields as follows:

Note: The Cisco VCS Control is to use SIP over TCP to communicate with the CUCM. If you want to
use TLS, complete the configuration as described here for TCP and then refer to Appendix 11 –
