Client Monitor Service
When the requested device or call monitor masks have been updated, the CTI Server responds to the CTI 
client with the CHANGE_MONITOR_MASK_CONF message.
Client Monitor Service
The CTI client that has been granted Client Monitor service receives notifications when any other CTI 
client session is opened or closed. The client may then monitor the activity of any other CTI client 
session. 
 lists the Client Monitor service messages that provide these notifications and monitor other 
CTI client sessions.
MonitorID
The Monitor ID of the device or call monitor whose 
call and agent state change event masks are to be 
changed.

A bitwise combination of the Unsolicited Call Event 
Message Masks in that the CTI client wishes to 
receive from this monitor.
