CSCsa73840 (duplicate of CSCsa55601)—Memory leak no longer occurs when SWAN is enabled 
using wlccp ap user <> pass <> CLI command.
CSCsb06313 (duplicate of CSCed18557)—Memory leak no longer occurs.
