Check the Database Connection

When there is a connection, the Profile Name for the database on the Cisco distributor Admin
Workstation appears with a checkmark superimposed on it.

If you do not see the database, see the procedure on

If you see the database, but it has no green checkmark, right-click the database profile name and select
Connect.

Supply your login name and password, if prompted to do so.
