Which model print engine do you have?

Place the standoff on the mounting post.

Place the new sensor, component side facing away from you, on the mounting post and 
install the mounting nut.

Route the sensor cable in the same manner as the previous cable and install new cable ties 
where needed.

Ensure that the wires will not come in contact with any belts and pulleys.

Insert the new sensor cable in the cable clamp, and then reinstall the screw and washer to 
secure it.

Ensure that the wires will not come in contact with any belts and pulleys.

Return the print engine to its normal operating position.

. Reinstall the enclosure frame.

. Reconnect all electrical cables to the DC power supply.

Reinstall the diagonal brace.

Refer to 

 and reinstall the PCB access panel.

Refer to 

 to close the print engine, reinstall it into the applicator, 

and to resume printer operation.
