Reinstall the stepper motor belt onto the stepper motor. 
. Ensure the two belts on the compound pulley have the plastic washer 
between them. 
. Slide the stepper motor and spacer into the bracket and hook the belt 
around the pulley ensuring the belt has a plastic washer on either side, see 
Figure 102 • Compound Pulley

. Loosely install the pivot screw, and then align one of the nuts with the 
adjustment slot and loosely install the adjustment screw.
5.
Repeat 
 for the remaining adjustment screw.
6.
Loosen the one screw you tightened earlier to hold the compound pulley 
assembly in place.
7.
Move the compound pulley assembly back and forth a few times to ensure it is free to 
move for correct belt tension.
8.
Tighten the three screws for the compound pulley assembly.
9.
Use your hand only to rotate the stepper motor firmly to the right. 
Tighten the stepper motor adjustment and pivot screws.
10.
Ensure that all belts are tight and running straight from pulley to pulley. Adjust as 
necessary, until belts run straight. 
11.
. Reinstall the enclosure frame.
12.
Reinstall the diagonal brace mounting screw and nut.
13.

. Reinstall the cable secured with the cable clamp to the DC power 
supply.
14.
Refer to 
 and reinstall the PCB access panel.
15.
Refer to 
 to close the print engine, reinstall it into the applicator, 
and to resume printer operation.
