Drive System—Intermediate Pulley

This procedure is for rebuilding the intermediate pulley assembly. Read these instructions 
thoroughly before starting this procedure.

Refer to 

 and remove the print engine from the applicator and open 

the rear enclosure.

Refer to 

 and remove the PCB Access Panel.

. From the back of the mainframe, remove the two screws holding the 

control panel assembly.

Move the control panel assembly to the side to provide access to the upper mounting 
screw for the AC power supply assembly.

Caution • A qualified service technician must perform this installation.

Caution • Turn Off (

) the AC power switch and remove the power cord before 

performing this procedure.
