Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Printed Circuit Boards—DC Power Supply
Install the New DC Power Supply
1.
Remove the new power supply and conductive pad from the kit.
2.
. Insert the two end mounting screws through the front of the print engine.
3.
Align the conductive pad with the two screws and the third mounting hole, and then
carefully slide the pad on to the screws while holding them in place from the front.

4.
Carefully set the new DC power supply in the print engine, resting on the ribbon spindle
motor bracket and the edge of the motor control board.

5.
Align one of the screws with the DC power supply mounting hole and start the screw.
6.
Align the second screw with the power supply and start it.
7.
Install the third screw and tighten it, and then tighten the other two screws.
8.
. Reinstall the AC power switch.
9.
. Connect all cable and wire connectors to the DC power supply.
10.
Refer to
to close the print engine, reinstall it into the applicator,
and to resume printer operation.
