Open OB1 by double clicking on it. 
Drag FB1 from the folder “FB Blocks“ to Network 1 for the control program  
 
 

 

 
Enter DB1 as instance data block. 
In the message window, click on the button “Yes“. 
 

 

 
OB1 is now complete. 
Save and Close OB1.
