 820 only supports “.MTV” Video files, please see the “

” 

section on how to convert your videos to the MTV format. 

 

 First, download DirectX 9.0 (or later) onto your computer. Next, open the Video file on you computer that 
you had a problem converting and try playing it, if the Video does not play, then this means that the Video 
Codec you are trying to convert has a compatibility issue with your PC and cannot be converted using the 
Transcend Multimedia Converter.

 820 only supports “.JPG,” “.BMP” Photo files, please ensure that the photo is one of these 

files types. 

The T.sonic

 820 only supports “.TXT” E-book files, please ensure that the E-book is this file type.
