1. 

Login to SafeCom Device Server (2.3.1). 

2. 

Click the Add device 

 tool button. 

3. 

Enter the hostname or the IP address of the device. If you want to use 
dynamic IP address, then enter the device hostname in the Address field. 

4. 

Click Next. 

 

 

 
5. 

Information is retrieved from the device to establish the type of device. 
Make the necessary adjustments to the Required Device properties. 

 

 

 
6. 

Click Finish and then Save 

 and the device is now added to the 

SafeCom solution and will also appear in SafeCom Administrator.
