3. Press ConfAll to connect all callers and begin the

conference. The next screen will display:

AddConf—Adds another extension to the confer-

ence call. After pressing this softkey, enter the exten-
sion number and press OK. This takes you back to

step number 2.
DropLst—Disconnects the last conference call

party that was added and then resumes the call.
Hangup—Ends the call and returns to the Idle State.

4. Pressing the Back softkey cancels the selected oper-

ation and returns to the call.

Conference Calls

Conference calling is supported for multiple parties, up
to the limit of your system.

To set-up a conference call:
1. Press the Conf softkey, enter the extension number

of the additional person you want to add to the call,
and press OK.

2. The display will show Conference Call, and

the entered extension will ring. You can speak to
that person after they pick up.
