The tape output format of single data is as follows:

"Ox ... " indicates hexadecimal data.
Example : Ox64 = (6

O : Type of output data
N : Sequence number (0,1,2 ... in units of four L data items)
L : Data is output in units of 4 bytes (hex).
M: Data is output in units of 1 byte (hex).
