Configuration Check

Before installing the air supply change kit, verify that the 
current configuration of the air system is incorrect.

1.

Find the air line with the tee fitting that connects to 
the input of the breathable air system. See F

. 1. 

See Spray Rig manual if necessary. 

2.

Follow the air line with the tee fitting to the air dryer.

3.

Determine whether the air line is connected to the 
inlet or outlet port of the air dryer. See F

4.

If the air line with the tee fitting is connected to 
the outlet port of the air dryer, your configuration 
is correctly setup. No modification is required.
If the air line with the tee fitting is connected to 
the inlet port of the air dryer, your configuration 
requires modification. See Installation section.

Verify that installation is required. See Configura-
tion Check.

Relieve air pressure. See manual 312765 for warn-
ings and instructions.

Being careful not to cut the other air hose, cut 1/4 in. 
above and below the tee fitting clamps. See F

Disconnect the air line from the breathable air sys-
tem. Discard the air line, quick disconnect, tee fit-
ting, and two clamps.

5.

Install two hose clamps (3), the two male/male barb 
fittings (6), and the female/female fitting (5) as 
shown in F

. 4. Use the PTFE tape and pipe seal-
