Purpose
Sets the line spacing to 1/6 inch (6 lpi) for subsequent line feeds.
Discussion The 2 is ASCII
character 2, not hex 02.
When ESC 2 is received, all lines are printed at 6 lpi until a new
line spacing is selected or the printer is reset.
