When you read programming from your own extension or write programming to
your own extension, the "image" file for your extension is automatically saved
on your PC." However, when you read the programming of another extension
or write programming to another extension, the "image" file for that extension is
not automatically saved on your PC. If you want to save the information for
later use, you must save it to a file on your own PC.

To program another extension:

Select 

Program Another Extension. . . 

from the programming

menu.

The Program Another Extension dialog box appears.

Select the extension that you want to program.

Select the type of telephone at the extension that you want to program.
