Scroll through the contact list or enter the first few letters of the 

contact you want to call by touching Search contacts.

When you receive a call in Lock state, swipe the

answer an incoming call.

 to decline an incoming call.

Swipe the Decline with message icon in any direction from the bottom if 

you want to send one.
