Adjusting the throwing direction and width
CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled exit-
ing foreign objects!
Never aim the discharge chute in the di-
rection of people, animals, windows, au-
tomobiles or doors.
Adjusting the throwing direction
1. Move the discharge chute to the desired po-
sition by turning the crank.
Adjusting the throwing width
1. Loosen the discharge height lock to adjust the
flap higher and vice versa.
2. Tighten the lock nut again.
The more steeply the flap is adjusted, the
higher and further the snow will be ejec-
ted.

Starting procedure
1. Check the oil and fuel levels.
2. Open the fuel tap.
3. Set the choke to ON.
4. Press the primer button 3 times at 2-second
intervals. In temperatures under 10 °C, press
the primer button 5 times.
5. Insert the engine key.
Starting manually:
Pull the starter rope lightly until you feel
resistance, then pull out briskly and allow
the rope to return slowly.
230 V Starting procedure:
Attaching electric cables to the connec-
tion electric starter.

1. Release the safety bar.
Snow blower stops
2. In order to prevent freezing, continue running
the auger and impeller until they are mostly
free of snow.
3. Turn  the  engine  key  to  Stop  and  remove
( 9-2).
The engine switches off.
4. Turn the fuel tap to the Closed position ( 9-3).

Wait for the motor to come to a standstill.

Starting operation
1. Prepare the snow blower for operation.
2. Check  the  position  of  the  snow  discharge
chute and
3. adjust the discharge direction using the hand
crank.
4. Start the engine
5. Operating safeguarding hangers.

Keep away from the augers while they
are in motion. Keep other persons or ani-
mals away.
