This section describes troubleshooting the 7300-CC-PA. Possible problems, observations and 
comments, and solutions are indicated for the following troubleshooting symptoms:

7300-CC-PA transitions repeatedly from on to off

7300-CC-PA is deactivated

Port adapter is down and the line protocol is down

7300-CC-PA is booting up; 
this is normal operation

7300-CC-PA STATUS LED 
alternates green, yellow, or off

Wait 30 seconds until the boot process completes and the 
STATUS LED stays on.

7300-CC-PA does not go 
beyond the boot up stage

7300-CC-PA STATUS LED 
transitions continue and 
alternates green, yellow, or off

Error message on the 7304
