Synchronizing Directory Services
The ICM agent database is the master database. The LDAP database should
mirror the ICM agent database. You can synchronize the agent database
between ICM and the LDAP server with the Synchronize Directory Services
command.

1. In the left pane, select the appropriate logical contact center.
2. From the Setup menu, choose Synchronize Directory Services.
