Call history resulting from these devices can be archived. To enable this, select 
the Archive call history for monitored devices check box. The file is archived on 
the box where the Enterprise server is installed, in the Reports directory.
The call history report is defined in the Service Information manual.

To add a new device:
1. Click Add.
2. Complete the fields in the Device Editor dialog box.
3. Click OK.
