CAD 8.0 Feature Levels

There are three feature levels of CAD 8.0: Standard, Enhanced, and Premium. The 
following tables list the features available in Cisco Agent Desktop (Agent Desktop), 
Cisco Agent Desktop–Browser Edition (CAD-BE), Cisco IP Phone Agent, Cisco 
Supervisor Desktop (Supervisor Desktop), and Cisco Desktop Administrator (Desktop 
Administrator).

Agent Desktop
