Headline: DSP download failures on standby VXSM.

Symptoms: Standby VXSM card stuck in during rolling reboot.

Condition: Whenever standby VXSM resets due to DSP failure, it stucks into initial 
state due to DSP download failures.

Workaround: The workaround is:

Delete the redundancy. 

Reset both the cards.

Add redundancy.

domain name entry.

Symptoms: Not able to delete or edit the default entry in dspdn.

Condition: When upgraded from release 5.3 to 5.4.
