Problem
Recording & Statistics data is not restored from the CAD Configuration 
Setup utility when run for the first time.
Symptom: Recording & Statistics data was backed-up and then 
restored after upgrading to CAD 8.5(1). No recordings were visible in 
Supervisor Record Viewer.
Cause: The CAD Configuration Setup utility failed to restore the 
database when run for the first time.
Solution
Run the CAD Configuration Setup utility again and restore the Recording 
& Statistics data again. The restore works when you click the Apply 
button in the CAD Configuration Setup utility.
