Each of the reports consists of a summary of the corresponding Email Security Monitor page. So, for 
example, the Content Filters report provides a summary of the information displayed on the Monitor > 
Content Filters page. The Executive Summary report is based on the Monitor > Overview page.

Content Filter reports in a PDF format are limited to a maximum of 40 content filters. You can obtain 
the full listing via reports in a CSV format. 
Note
To generate PDFs in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean on Windows computers, you must also download the 
applicable Font Pack from Adobe.com and install it on your local computer. 
Setting the Return Address for Reports
To set the return address for reports, see

addressconfig

Managing Reports
You can create, edit, delete, and view archived scheduled reports. You can also run a report immediately 
(on-demand report). The following report types are available: Content Filters, DLP Incident Summary, 
Executive Summary, Incoming Mail Summary, Internal Users Summary, Outgoing Mail Summary, 
Sender Groups, and Outbreak Filters. Managing and viewing these reports is discussed below.
