Configuration Procedure
To configure the Unified Contact Center Management Portal server cluster
proceed as follows:

1. Go to Start > All Programs > Management Portal > Data Import
Server > Cluster Configuration
2. The Connect to SQL Server dialog window is displayed. On this

3. Click OK to open the Cluster Configuration Manager.

Configuration application must have permission to execute SQL on the
database server on which the application is running.

configured for a specific role such as NAM (IPCC Hosted Edition Only),
