Install Manager guides you through the CAD 6.0 installation process. Starting 
with the Select Options window (see 

), Install Manager 

allows you to select one or more packages to install, making sure that each 
package is installed in the correct order.

After you have successfully installed CAD into a properly-configured IPCC 
Enterprise environment, run the CAD Configuration Setup tool, and licensed the 
applications, the basic functionality of Agent Desktop and Supervisor Desktop 
are ready to use with no further configuration required.

You can install CAD 6.0 over versions 6.0(1), 4.4.1 and 4.6.0. 

However, if you want to preserve your configuration settings and 
recordings from the previous version, you must back them up and then 
restore them after you install CAD 6.0. See
