Service Autorecovery
The service autorecovery feature allows Agent Desktop to automatically recover
its connection to the CAD services in the event of a service restart or a network
outage.

When Agent Desktop detects that it is unable to communicate with a service
(generally within three minutes of the service failure), the status bar displays
“Partial Service” or “No Service” to indicate some or all of the services have
