NOTE:  If you move an agent from one team to another in ICM, you 
must log the agent out of CAD and then log back in for the team 
change to register within Supervisor Desktop.

Skills
The Skills tab displays a list of the skill groups that route calls to the selected team, as 
well as a list of all available skill groups. This relationship is set up within ICM.
