By default: 
The list under CallManager contains links to the Cisco CallManager 
Administration website for each separate CallManager installation you have. 
The list under eServices contains links to the Cisco Customer Response 
Solutions Administration website for each separate IP IVR installation you 
have..
The list under Agent Re-Skilling is not configured. This node enables you to 
specify alternatives websites to the default Cisco Unified Contact Center 
Enterprise Web Administration Agent Re-skilling website.
When you click one of the hyperlinks, your web browser is launched and you are 
prompted to enter the user name and password for that particular installation.
