Agent Desktop User ID, Login Name, and
Password
Agent Desktop user IDs, login names, and passwords are set up in the ICM software
and can be administered only through the ICM software. The user’s Agent Desktop
password is verified on the CTI server when a user starts the application.
Use the ICM software to change a user’s Agent Desktop password if it becomes
necessary to do so.

A user’s Supervisor Desktop user ID and login name are the same as the user’s
Agent Desktop user ID and login name, and are set up in the ICM software.
The first time Supervisor Desktop is started, the password is blank. It is up to the
supervisor to create a password using the Change Password functionality within
Supervisor Desktop.
The Supervisor Desktop password can be changed from within Supervisor Desktop
or from the Personnel node in Desktop Administrator (see
for more information).
