Selecting Agents to Appear Offline
You can configure agents within a workflow group to appear as offline to SMEs in the 
Contact Selection window.
To select agents within a workflow group to appear offline:
1. Choose Cisco Unified Presence Settings > Workflow Groups. The Workflow 
Groups page appears (
2. Select the Agents appear offline check box that corresponds to the workflow 
group that contains the agents you want to appear as offline in the Contact 
Selection window.
3. Click Save when finished.
