11. Repeat steps 7 through 10 for the Above and Within thresholds. For Above, 

select “Warning” as the display text and set the color to red. For Within, 
select “Caution” as the display text and set the color to blue.

12. When you are finished, click OK to enable the work flow. The skill group 

names will now be color-coded with text displayed.
