Pushing a Web Page to an Agent
You can coach an agent by pushing a web page to that agent’s Agent Desktop
integrated browser.

To push a web page to an agent:
1. Select the agent in the Agent tree, and then choose Intervention > Coach by
pushing a page.

2. Enter the URL of the web page you want the agent to see, and then click Push
to send the web page to the agent.
There are no restrictions on what you can enter as a URL (for example, you are
not required to prefix the URL with “http://”) as long as the URL can be

The web page you pushed to the agent is displayed in the first tab of the
