3. A dialog box appears, asking if this is a System IPCC installation. 
Click Yes, and then click Apply. Exit CAD Configuration Setup.
4. Restart the Sync and the VoIP Monitor services.
If CAD Configuration Setup starts in Upgrade Mode, complete the 
following steps.
1. Select the ICM Admin Workstation Distributor window. In the 
System IPCC Environment section, select Yes, and then click 
Apply. Exit CAD Configuration Setup.
2. Restart the Sync and the VoIP Monitor services.
