Solution
The agent is running CAD-BE on a computer where the security settings
prevent the browser from running ActiveX components. This will prevent
the Java Runtime Environment from running. The Java Runtime
Environment is required to run CAD-BE. See the Cisco CAD Installation
Guide for the correct Internet Explorer settings. When the settings are
correct, restart CAD-BE.

Problem
When starting CAD-BE, the browser displays the following message:
“Javascript is not enabled in this browser. Cisco Agent Desktop—
Browser Edition will not work.”

Javascript is not enabled in the browser. See the Cisco CAD Installation
Guide for the correct browser settings. When the settings are correct,
restart CAD-BE.
