was disrupted, the CAD-BE client has lost data
and the agent needs to log in again. If you
upgraded the BIPPA service while CAD-BE clients
were connected to it, the clients are now running
a different version than the BIPPA service. In this
case, agents must exit and restart their CAD-BE
clients.
