Defect ID
Description
Cluster commits or resynchronizations take several minutes to complete and are prone 
to fail.
Emails are sent unencrypted when TLS Required - Verify Hosted Domains option 
is enabled for the destination domain and the destination MTA does not provide 
STARTTLS.
