Initiates GTPP interim accounting for all PDP contexts accessing the APN specified as an alphanumeric string
of 1 through 62 characters that is case sensitive.

Identifies a specific call id as an 8-digit hexadecimal number.

Specifies the CDR types to be generated by the SGSN:

gcdr - Instructs the GGSN to only generate G-CDRs.

mcdr - Instructs the SGSN to only generate M-CDRs
