Feature Changes
This release provides support for Low Access Priority Indicator (LAPI) attribute in eG-CDRs for custom39
and in PGW-CDRs for custom38 GTPP dictionaries. This attribute field indicates if the PDN connection has
a low priority, i.e. for Machine Type Communication (MTC).
