from GTPP in StarOS 19 software releases.

CSCuw20972 - LAPI support for Custom39 dictionary

Applicable Products: GGSN, P-GW

This release provides support for Low Access Priority Indicator (LAPI) attribute in eG-CDRs for custom39
and in PGW-CDRs for custom38 GTPP dictionaries. This attribute field indicates if the PDN connection has
a low priority, i.e. for Machine Type Communication (MTC).

This attribute is included in eG-CDRs and PGW-CDRs only if the gtpp attribute lapi CLI command is
configured in the GTPP Group Configuration mode.
