authentication dialog box appears, the user enters the correct username but an incorrect password. 
The laptop freezes with a blue screen.

Not all profiles for a CCX version 5 client are shown when client details are viewed from the 
controller.
CSCsl08558—Incorrect authentication account in EAP-FAST blocks general Windows login
A profile is configured with EAP-FAST, and the Automatically Prompt for User Name and Password 
option is enabled. The device is then rebooted. The user logs in to Windows, and the EAP-FAST 
authentication dialog box appears. If the user enters an incorrect password, authentication fails. The 
user then cancels EAP-FAST authentication, and the device stalls with a blue screen. An incorrect 
authentication account in EAP-FAST blocks the general Windows login.
CSCsl95753—Blue screen when ADU is installed with Xyloc client
A device that is running Windows XP SP2 stalls with a blue screens when ADU 4.0 is installed with 
the Ensure Xyloc client. The blue screen occurs immediately after LEAP authentication and with 
WPA-PSK EAP-FAST authentication. The blue screen also occurs immediately when the ADU is 
installed before the Xyloc client is installed. If the Xyloc client is installed before the ADU, the blue 
screen condition still appears, but not until some time has passed.
