Viewing the Status of Unified ICM/CCE Processes
For Release 9.0(1), Unified CCE process windows do not appear in the taskbar. This is due to security
constraints in Windows Server 2008 R2 and means that the user can no longer use the taskbar to view
process status information, for example, whether a process is active.

To address this issue, the user can view process status information in the Diagnostic Framework Portico, or
use the updated EMSMON application to provide additional information that previously appeared in the

During an upgrade from Unified CCE 8.x(x) to Unified CCE 9.0(1) on a Rogger server the Websetup and

To launch the Websetup and the Diagnostic Framework Portico tools:
1. Stop the Tomcat service.
2. Remove the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco
