ICM Admin Workstation Database

The ICM Admin Workstation database locations are autofilled based on what you 
entered in the ICM Admin Workstation Distributor window. 
Select if the database is SQL or NT. 
If you select SQL, enter or select the instance name, login ID, and password 
of a user who has read privileges for the Admin Workstation database.
If you select NT, enter or select the instance name, login ID, and password of 
a user who can log into the ICM Admin Workstation computer and who has 
read privileges for the ICM Admin Workstation database. The login ID is of 
the format <domain>\<username> or .\<username>. 
NOTE:  If CAD is coresident with an ICM, the ICM Instance Name 
field displays a drop-down list of available instances. If CAD is not 
coresident, the field is an edit box in which you enter the instance 
name.
Enter the type of connection, TCP/IP or Named Pipes. 
If you select TCP/IP, enter the port number used to connect to the database.
If you select Named Pipes, enter the share path in the format \\<path> in the 
Port field.
