3. Find one or more users that you want to add to the contact list using the 

Search function. For instructions about finding users, see 

 shows the users whose last name begins with the letter 

“s” and also contains the letter “c.”

4. Select the users you want to add to the contact list.

To add all of the users that are displayed, click Select All.

■

To add users individually, select the corresponding check box in the 
Included column.

5. If you want to find and add other users, repeat steps 

 and 

6. When you are done adding users, click Save, then click Return to Contact list.
