Samsung keyboard

These options let you enable or disable sound and/or
vibration played when you tap a key on the Samsung
keyboard.

• From the Sound menu, under Samsung keyboard, tap

the following options:

• Key-tap sound: When enabled, plays sounds for your key

taps.

• Key-tap vibrate: When enabled, plays vibration for your key

taps.

Audio Output

Set audio output to stereo or surround when the phone is
docked or when using earphones (not included).

• From the Sound menu, under HDMI, tap Audio output,

and then select Stereo or Surround.

Home screen mode

Select the Home screen layout that best suits your needs.

1. From the My device screen, tap Home screen mode. The

Home screen mode screen displays.

2. Select the desired Home screen mode (a preview

image of your selection displays):

• Standard mode: A conventional layout for apps and widgets

on the Home screen panels.

• Easy mode: A simplified apps and widgets layout for first time

smartphone users.

3. To save your selection, tap Apply.
